Sally Luposello, CDA, RDH Get to Know Sally Luposello, CDA, RDH, Your Fishkill Dentist Staff member. Sally began her dental profession during her senior year in high school. Upon graduating High School, Sally went on to Ferris State University in Michigan where she received her Certified Dental Assistant Degree. She attended Orange County Community College where she earned her Dental Hygiene Degree. Sally is a leader and an educator. While at Orange County Community College she served as class treasurer and secretary. She also taught four-handed dentistry to senior dental students at University of Michigan Dental School. Not surprisingly, Sally was awarded an academic achievement scholarship. When asked about her profession, Sally had this to say, I love teaching oral hygiene in the elementary schools.

Sally is physically active through things like Tai Chi, Swimming, walking, and biking. She also enjoys going to the beach and attending health seminars in her spare time.

Lesia Matwijiw, RDH Get to Know Lesia Matwijiw, RDH, Your Fishkill Dentist Staff member. Lesia began working as a dental assistant while attending night courses in dental hygiene at New York City College of Technology in Brooklyn. After graduating she received her license in 1973. Lesia attended post-graduate courses at Columbia University in Dental Hygiene. Lesia is skilled in the many forms of dental assistance and dental hygiene. As technology advances in dentistry, Lesia's passion for her profession grows.

Lesia has pursued many additional accreditations such as a license to administer anesthesia/nitrous oxide, Laser certification, and she also served as the President of her constituency during her affiliation with the American Dental Hygienists' Association. Lesia brings over 40 years of experience to the dental chair.

Lesia is a family woman. She enjoys spending time with her son, niece and her family. She enjoys such hobbies as: beading, gardening, and scrapbooking.

Nikole L. Yewchuck, RDH Get to Know Nikole Yewchuck, RDH, Your Fishkill Dentist Staff member. Nikole graduated from Orange County Community College in Middleton, NY in 1999. Since that time she has been actively practicing dental hygiene at Family Dental Group Fishkill. For 11 years Nikole has treated and educated our patients. Nikole strives to maintain the highest levels of accreditation.

Continuing education is very important to Nikole because this is how she stays abreast of the latest trends in dental hygiene. She has recently earned her certification for the use of a Laser on Soft Tissue with Periodontal Applications. Nikole has been accredited to administer Local Infiltration Anesthesia /Nitrous Oxide Analgesia since 2004.
